Imagine we’re in an elevator and you have until we reach our floor to pitch your project/idea.

What’s your elevator pitch?

We apply an innovative and highly collaborative approach to shed light on how plasticity of inhibitory and excitatory neurons control the encoding of spatial features of the environment.

What fascinates you about your project?

Studying synaptic connections between neurons is powerful for establishing causality in neuronal circuit structure-function relationship.

How did you come to work in the field of Neuroscience?

I was inspired by the well-organized complexity of the brain.

What does your family think you do for a living?
